Terms and Conditions – Car Passing & Registration Renewal Service

1. Service Coverage
   This service includes pickup,full Water service, RTA passing, registration renewal, and return to the customer’s location.

2. Required Documents
   Customers must provide valid Emirates ID, driving license, and vehicle insurance copy before the service starts.

3. Pickup & Delivery
   Vehicle pickup and delivery will be done at the customer’s specified home or office location. Exact timing will be coordinated in advance.

4. Vehicle Condition
   The vehicle must be in good working condition and provide with full tank petrol for RTA passing. We are not responsible if the vehicle fails the test due to mechanical or technical issues.

5. Inspection Failure
   If the car fails the passing test, the customer will be informed. Any re-test or repair work will be done only after customer approval and may incur additional charges.

6. Service Charges
   Full service charges must be paid in advance or at the time of vehicle pickup. Charges include government fees, service fee, and any additional costs.

7. Liability
   Our team takes full care while handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages or issues not related to our service.

8. Cancellations
   Cancellations must be informed at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

9. Privacy
   All customer documents and vehicle information will be kept confidential and used only for the renewal process.

10. Emergency Situations
    In case of traffic, system issues, or RTA delays, we will keep the customer updated and reschedule accordingly if needed.
